At Eduardo Tavares Art, every artwork is prepared with care and with the goal of arriving ready to become part of your space. Many pieces are produced specifically for each collector, while Signature Mixed-Media Works may be individually finished by the artist.
Many fine art prints, Limited Editions, acrylic works, and canvas works are produced to order.
Production times vary according to the artwork, material, size, and finishing requirements. Estimated production and delivery information will be provided where available.
Signature Mixed-Media Works may require additional preparation time because each piece is individually finished by Eduardo.
Shipping charges, where applicable, are calculated during checkout or communicated before purchase.
Once an order has shipped, tracking information will be provided when available.
Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our control, including carrier delays, weather, holidays, or production requirements.
International purchasers, if applicable, are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or other charges imposed by their country unless otherwise stated.
We carefully prepare artwork for shipment, but damage can occasionally occur in transit.
Please inspect your artwork as soon as possible after delivery.

Return eligibility depends upon the type of artwork purchased.
Eligible standard, non-customized Open-Edition prints may be returned within [14] days of delivery, provided they are returned unused, undamaged, and in their original condition and packaging.
Unless the artwork arrived damaged or incorrect, the purchaser is responsible for return shipping costs.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable except where required by law or where the return results from our error.
Please contact us before returning any artwork. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
Because Limited Edition artworks are produced in controlled quantities and may be made specifically for the collector, Limited Edition sales are FINAL, except in cases of shipping damage, manufacturing defect, incorrect fulfillment, or where otherwise required by applicable law.
Signature Mixed-Media Works are individually finished by Eduardo and may contain unique variations in texture, brushwork, surface treatment, and appearance.
Because of their individually artist-finished nature, Signature Mixed-Media Works are final sale, except where the work arrives damaged, materially defective, or incorrect, or where applicable law provides otherwise.
Natural variations resulting from the hand-finishing process are part of the character of the artwork and are not considered defects.
Custom, commissioned, personalized, or specially modified artwork is final sale once production has begun, except in cases of damage, defect, or error attributable to us, or where otherwise required by law.
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.
If production has not yet begun, we will make every reasonable effort to accommodate the cancellation.
Once a made-to-order, customized, Limited Edition, or artist-finished work has entered production, cancellation may no longer be possible.
Computer and mobile screens display color differently, and physical materials such as acrylic, canvas, and fine art paper each interact with light and color in their own way.
Minor differences between the artwork displayed online and the finished physical piece are therefore normal and are not considered defects.
