Throughout these Terms, “Eduardo Tavares Art,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Eduardo Tavares Art.
The artwork presented on this website represents the original creative work of Eduardo Tavares.
Works may include artist-created digital paintings, photographic and photo-based artwork, fine art prints, limited editions, and artist-finished mixed-media works.
Digital paintings are created through Eduardo's own artistic process using digital tools and techniques. The final physical artwork may then be professionally produced on the material specified in the individual product description.
Certain artworks are offered as Limited Editions. The edition size, available materials, dimensions, and other specifications will be stated on the individual artwork page.
Each Limited Edition is released in one specific size and one designated material. The edition quantity shown applies exclusively to that particular configuration. Once the stated edition has been completed, Eduardo Tavares Art will not produce additional Limited Edition copies of that artwork in the same size and material. The underlying artwork may also be available separately as an Open Edition in other sizes, materials, or formats.
Limited Edition works may be individually numbered and accompanied by a Certificate of Authenticity.
Once a Limited Edition has sold out, no additional works will be produced as part of that same edition.
Artist's Proofs, if applicable, will be identified separately and are not included in the numbered edition unless specifically stated.
Eduardo Tavares Signature Mixed-Media Works are individually artist-finished pieces. These may begin as fine art prints that are mounted or adhered to canvas and subsequently enhanced by hand using acrylic media, texture, brushwork, gel, or other artistic materials and finishing techniques.
Because these works are individually finished by the artist, natural variations in texture, brushwork, surface, color, and other details should be expected.
These variations are intentional characteristics of the artistic process and contribute to the individual character of each piece. A purchased work may therefore differ subtly from photographs or examples displayed on the website.
Works not specifically identified as Limited Editions may be offered as open-edition fine art prints.
Available sizes, materials, finishes, and presentation options may vary by artwork and may change over time.
The availability of an artwork as an open-edition print does not imply that every size, material, or configuration will remain permanently available.
We make every reasonable effort to represent artwork accurately.
However, colors displayed on computer monitors, tablets, and mobile devices may vary according to screen calibration, brightness, device settings, and other factors.
Physical printing materials can also affect the appearance of an image. Acrylic, canvas, fine art paper, and other surfaces naturally produce differences in color, contrast, texture, reflectivity, and depth.
These normal variations are not considered defects.
Artwork dimensions are stated as accurately as reasonably possible. Minor variations may occur as a result of production, mounting, stretching, trimming, or finishing.
Room mockups and lifestyle images are provided to help collectors visualize artwork in an interior setting. Unless expressly stated otherwise, these images are illustrative and should not be relied upon to determine exact scale.
Please refer to the dimensions provided on the individual artwork page before ordering.
All prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise indicated.
Prices may change without notice. A price change will not affect an order that has already been accepted and paid for.
Applicable taxes, shipping charges, and other clearly disclosed charges will be calculated or displayed as part of the ordering process where applicable.
Payment must be successfully completed before an order enters production or is shipped.
Submitting an order does not necessarily constitute final acceptance of that order.
We reserve the right to cancel or decline an order in circumstances including pricing or listing errors, inability to produce the requested artwork, suspected fraud, or other circumstances that reasonably prevent fulfillment.
If payment has already been collected for an order that we cancel, the applicable payment will be refunded.
Many artworks are produced or finished specifically for the collector after an order is placed.
Estimated production and shipping times may vary depending upon the artwork, material, dimensions, destination, and production requirements.
Any estimated delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees unless expressly stated otherwise.
If an unexpected production or shipping delay occurs, we will communicate with the purchaser and handle the delay in accordance with applicable law.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.
Please inspect your artwork promptly after delivery.
If an artwork arrives damaged, contact us at eduardo.tavares.art@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery and retain the artwork and all original packaging.

Please do not discard the artwork or packaging until we have responded, as these items may be required for a shipping claim.
Where appropriate, we will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund according to the circumstances and availability of the artwork.
For Limited Editions, any replacement will be handled in a manner intended to preserve the integrity of the edition.
Because many artworks are made to order, produced in a purchaser-selected size or material, or individually finished by the artist, return and cancellation eligibility may vary by product.
Any separate Return & Refund Policy displayed on this website is incorporated into these Terms.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit any rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer-protection law.
Selected Limited Edition and Signature Mixed-Media works may include a Certificate of Authenticity.
Certificates should remain with the artwork as part of its provenance.
If a Certificate of Authenticity is lost or damaged, issuance of a replacement certificate is at the discretion of Eduardo Tavares Art and may require reasonable evidence of ownership.
Unless expressly stated otherwise in a separate written agreement, all artwork, photographs, images, text, designs, and other original creative material displayed on this website remain protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Purchase of a physical artwork transfers ownership of that particular physical object to the purchaser. It does nottransfer copyright, reproduction rights, licensing rights, or other intellectual-property rights in the underlying artwork.
Artwork may not be reproduced, copied, commercially photographed, distributed, modified for commercial use, licensed, minted as a digital token, used to train or develop artificial-intelligence systems, or otherwise commercially exploited without prior written permission from the applicable copyright owner.
Reasonable personal photographs of purchased artwork displayed in a collector's home or private environment are permitted for personal, non-commercial use.
Images displayed on this website are provided for viewing and purchasing purposes.
Downloading, copying, reproducing, publishing, selling, distributing, or commercially using website images without authorization is prohibited except where permitted by applicable law.
Sharing links to pages on this website through social media or other platforms is welcome.
This website may use or link to third-party services, including payment processors, production partners, shipping carriers, social-media platforms, and other service providers.
Use of those services may also be subject to the third party's own terms and privacy practices.
